CDM Home Tour

We are excited to invite you to the 52nd Annual Home Tour, hosted by the Corona del Mar Middle and High School PTA, on Friday, March 13, 2026.

Come and explore spectacular homes throughout the Corona del Mar and Newport Beach neighborhoods. Enjoy stunning architecture, fresh design trends, creative decorating ideas, beautiful gardens, inspiring student spotlights, and—most importantly—a heartfelt reminder of the light, growth, and positive change our community brings.

Thank you to our countless parent volunteers, generous homeowners, and community business supporters who continue to demonstrate their dedication year after year. Their support has enabled us to introduce numerous programs to students at CDM Middle and High School, while also bringing our community together for this special one-day event.

Tickets go on sale Monday, December 1!

Cyper Monday Special (12/1/25 only!) - $98 plus ticketing fees PLUS one Neighborhood Listing (a $175 value!)

Early Bird (12/2/25 to 12/31/25) - $98 plus ticketing fees

General Admission (after 12/31/25) - $125 plus ticketing fees

All tickets include the following:

  • Admission to all homes
  • One copy of the 2026 CDM Home Tour Magazine
  • Light-bites Morning Reception at Newport Beach Civic Center
  • Luncheon at Newport Beach Civic Center
  • Admission to the After Party

Upon purchase of your event ticket, you will receive your ticket via email within 1 hour.

All sales are final. No refunds.


Schedule of Events

8:00am - 10:00am -- Light-bites Morning Reception at Newport Beach Civic Center

8:00am - 2:00pm -- Boutique at Newport Beach Civic Center

10:00am - 4:00pm -- Homes Open for Viewing

11:00am - 1:30pm -- Luncheon at Newport Beach Civic Center

3:00pm - 6:00pm -- After-Party (location TBD)


Home Locations

Home locations are released 72 hours before the event. All homes will be in the Corona del Mar and Newport Beach areas.


Important Details

  • No children under 12 permitted.
  • No photography permitted.
  • No bags or handbags of any size.
  • No high heels.
  • No pets.
  • No smoking.

  1. What is the CDM Home Tour?

    The CDM Home Tour is a one-day fundraising event benefiting CDM Middle and High School. Guests visit selected designer homes in the Newport Beach & Corona del Mar neighborhoods. The event includes a morning reception, luncheon, shopping boutique, and an after-party.

  2. Where is the event held?

    Event check-in, the morning reception, luncheon and shopping boutique are all held at the Newport Beach Civic Center. Houses are located at various locations in Newport Beach and Corona del Mar.

  3. Is there a list of the homes on the Tour this year? How many are there?

    The list of homes will be released on our website at www.cdmhometour.org 72 hours before the event. We usually have 6 to 8 homes on the Tour.

  4. Is there a shuttle to take me to the homes?

    No. You must arrange your own transportation to homes. Parking at homes is on the street and can be congested during the Tour. We recommend that you carpool with other guests.

  5. Tickets are sold out. Is there another way to get a ticket?

    After sell-out, we open our waitlist. Be sure to join the waitlist MULTIPLE times if you need more than one ticket. For example, if you need 3 tickets, join the waitlist 3 times. Links for waitlist tickets expire after 4 hours so be sure to use an email address you check frequently.
