A Lil' Late Winter Solstice Celebration

An intentional gathering to honor the Winter Solstice through plant medicine, breathwork, and sound healing.

Join Valerie and Maria in this special practice to celebrate the Winter Solstice! This is a gathering for those who are looking to process & release through the body as we move through the darkest day. We will collectively set intentions to navigate winter and move towards lighter times!

We will join in circle and open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao or different 🍄 options available) to drop into our bodies and out of our thinking minds.

You will then be educated on the process and benefits of both breathwork and sound healing. This will then transition into intention setting, working with the energy of the Winter Solstice.

We will then move through a breathwork journey together to release stagnant emotions/energy, regulate our nervous systems, and access the subconscious mind.

After this, as you rest in shavasana, Maria will take us through the process of tuning your body, mind, & heart to the frequency of love & liberation through a combination of crystal bowls and mantra meditation. She creates sound landscapes that restore a deeper connection with your body's wisdom and soul purpose.

Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, & Reiki II practitioner Val Davis and Sound Practioner Maria Borghoff.

What to bring:

• Journal & pen
• Yoga mat
• Pillow
• Anything you want for breathwork & sound healing(blanket, eye mask, bolster)
• Items for the altar (you can take them back home with you after)

I have extra eye masks, blankets, and a couple yoga mats available.

Water, tea, and light snacks will also be provided!
