Events Info

Now that the holidays are coming to close it’s time to prioritize your personal self care. This workshop is a great way to kickoff 2026.

Join us for a fun, hands-on evening exploring the wisdom of Ayurveda with experienced Yoga instructor and Ayurvedic practictioner Lauren Blount. This workshop blends practical guidance, delicious food, and self-care rituals to help you feel more balanced and energized in the new year.

You’ll learn about the three doshas, take a personalized dosha quiz to identify your unique constitution, and discover how simple daily habits can support your body, mind, and digestion. We’ll explore a brief history of this ancient healing system, its modern benefits, and how to weave it easily into everyday life.

In the cooking portion of the workshop, Lauren will guide you through preparing several nourishing Ayurvedic recipes—including the classic cleansing dish kitchari—along with additional take-home recipes so you can continue your practice in your own kitchen.

Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere, practical tips you can use immediately, and a deeper understanding of how to support your well-being through food and lifestyle choices aligned with your dosha. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike!
