New Year Nervous System Reset

Start 2026 feeling clear, calm, and grounded.

Baltimore Breathwork is an immersive, music-driven breathwork experience followed by a deeply restorative gong and crystal bowl sound bath. This session is designed to help you downshift stress, quiet mental noise, and reconnect to your body in a supportive space.

Location: Roland Park Community Center, 5802 Roland Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21210

Time: Please arrive 2:00–2:15 PM. We begin promptly at 2:15 PM and end at 3:30 PM

Parking: Plentiful (large lot and easy street parking)

What to expect


Arrive and settle

A short grounding and intention-setting to help you land.

Breathwork journey (curated to music)

A guided breathwork practice many people describe as an “active meditation,” helping you shift out of your head and into a deeply present state.

Optional voice release moment

A brief, guided opportunity to use sound and breath to clear tension and feel more open. Always optional.

Integration and sound bath

You’ll rest into an extended sound bath featuring Grotta Sonora gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, koshi bells, and more.
