Not one but two expert guides will lead you on a foraging wander through where you'll discover a variety of coastal & salt marsh edible wild and medicinal plants.
Learn about the benefits of these edible treasures, how to safely identify them and create your own wellbeing remedies.
We will focus on a variety of coastal marsh plants, hedgerow and grassland, breathing in the sea air.
After building up an appetite you can enjoy a seasonal wild food inspired picnic lunch before creating your own wild remedies to take home.
This is a unique opportunity to connect with nature and expand your knowledge of wild ingredients with two professional foragers & members of the association of foragers.
