colors of the masculine heart by HOLISTIKA

a space where male-identifying bodies can come together to support and learn from one another. a place to feel safe exploring and expressing the colors of the emotional body. a time to reflect on how we are showing up in our relationships (first within our own hearts, and then with one another) to better cultivate feelings of belonging and emotional strength.

we will share from the landscape of our hearts and listen to the medicine we each carry inside. from our medicine, we will learn how to cultivate tools (such as song, movement, and meditation) to deepen our sense of presence. each session will be specific for what we in the container need at that time, and we will end with a greater sense of inner peace.

please bring your will to participate and engage in vulnerability. your will to participate allows us all to come as we are, and i personally thank you for your courage in wanting to deepen the colors of your heart. please bring something comfortable to sit on and a water bottle. there will be a small altar for our ancestors for you to place an offering. please feed yourselves before session. a full belly helps our minds focus on what is in front of us 🙏🏽
