Community Herb Club Monthly Meeting

COMMUNITY HERB CLUB IS BACK!

Last year we launched a series of new events that we held at Moorby, near Revesby in 4 acres of beautiful un spoilt Lincolnshire countryside. This year we are hosting 4 more monthly meetings in June, July, August and September.

Our Community Herb Club immersive learning meetings offer something a little different to our regular Herb Club meetings held at Sutterton. It is a special opportunity to learn from qualified herbalists, and work hands on with our wonderful local native plants. The exact location will be emailed to participants a week before the event date.

During these herb study sessions we will identify several plants to work with which we will look at in depth. Discuss the plants character, attributes, and how to use them medicinally. You will have the opportunity to draw or photograph these plants and write personal notes. During this time together we may also enjoy making herbal infusions, poultices, and enjoy meditation in this amazingly relaxing place. Light refreshments will be available.

Booking for these must be paid for IN ADVANCE, by buying yout ticket on Eventbrite, or by booking directly with us, with cash at a Herb Club meeting, via bank transfer (please message us for our account details - fenlandnaturalhealth@gmail.com), or through PayPal (again message us for details), if you choose this method please ensure you include your contact email, name, and use CHC as a reference so we can email you location details.

The cost of these sessions are heavily subsidised by the funds awarded to us from the Co-Op Local Community Fund. Ticket price is £15 per session, which includes a complimentary Community Herb Club Portfolio to keep your handouts, notes and drawings/photographs safe.
