Concert For Hope 2025 - Greenville

Come join us in a night of amazing music by none other than country sensation Jay Allen himself! You know him from Season 22 of NBC's The Voice, for his 500 million views of "Blank Stares" online and for helping raise over $160 million for Alzheimer's research over the years!

We'll also have lots of great raffles, good food for sale from Sure Shot Tap House, and a great game room to keep the kiddos entertained!

100% of ticket sales will be donated to the Miami Valley Chapter of Alzheimer's Association.

And we also have another amazing cause we'll be helping! Many from the Greenville area know 10 year old Blaze Hartley and his story. But for those of you that aren't local let me share a little about Blaze.

Blaze has been battling seizures since birth due to a brain bleed. After trying many medications and a vagal nerve stimulator with limited success, his doctors have decided the best option for his future is a functional hemispherotomy.This is a brain surgery that disconnects one half of the brain from the other to stop severe seizures. After surgery, Blaze will function using only the left side of his brain.

Sure Shot Tap House has decided to help us and donate 10% of all food and beverage sales from the night to help Blaze and his family with the mound of medical bills that come from such a big surgery and the at home therapies that come after. So come join us for a fun night, great atmosphere and help us raise money for 2 wonderful causes!
