Embark on a Refreshing Journey with the upcoming series of Vision Board Workshops at Art of the Heart!

Amidst the January buzz urging us to "fix ourselves," our social media is flooded with diets, wellness routines, and the algorithm's insistence on yet another self-help book. Productivity apps beckon with tempting discounts, pressuring us to urgently "get our act together" in the new year.

But what if we chose to defy this pressure?

What if we approached goal-setting and intention with a touch of gentleness and creativity?

Utilizing the wellness wheel, creativity and guided meditation, we aim to connect with the emotions we wish to manifest in the coming year. With the guidance of a licensed art therapist, you'll have the chance to craft a vision board reflecting these identified feelings and dimensions of wellness.

In this workshop, you'll:

• Identify how you want to feel in the upcoming year.
• Set intentions without succumbing to the rigid energy of hustling harder.
• Create a space for self-expression without the weight of perfectionism.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for cancellations of workshops, retreats, or special events. Instead, we provide credit that can be applied towards future events organized by Art of the Heart.

Credit Policy: In the event you need to cancel your participation, we offer a credit that can be used towards registering for a different workshop, retreat, or special event offered by Art of the Heart. The credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation and can be used for events of similar or lesser value.

Transferring Credit: If you're unable to attend a specific event and wish to transfer your credit to another person, please contact us via the contact form. We will guide you through the credit transfer process.
