A small, conversational workshop designed to know who you are first, then create goals for the real you.

Somewhere along the way, many of us start performing versions of ourselves we never consciously signed up for. The reliable one. The achiever. The helper. The overly-responsible visionary who’s “supposed” to be more practical by now.

Diag-Know Yourself is a two-hour, small-group workshop held in a cozy setting designed to help you figure that out. No personality tests. No therapy sessions. Just guided exercises, pattern recognition, and honest conversation that help you:

  • Spot your natural wiring (Doer, Thinker, Helper, Creator, or Connector)
  • Notice the learned habits and expectations that are weighing you down
  • Get clear on what’s actually you
  • Make decisions from identity, not pressure or fear

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of self and a framework for choosing what’s aligned for your year ahead.

It’s the reset you need before you plan your next chapter—so you're making the plan for the real you, not who you "should" be.

Your Partners in This Process

Joe Cianciolo leads Front Porch Advisers, where he helps people understand who they are at their natural best. He brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to pattern-recognition, helping people notice how they’re wired, what drives their decisions, and where their most aligned path forward might be.

At her core, Michelle Carpenter is a dreamer and connector—but for years she lived as an initiator and strategist, shaped by what the corporate world rewarded and the examples she saw growing up. Over the last two years, through intentional self-reflection and deep pattern-unraveling work with Joe, she has reconnected with her authentic self. This workshop is a collaboration born from that journey, created to offer her community the same clarity and grounding.

Your ticket includes the full two-hour workshop, all materials, your first drink, charcuterie, and an intimate small-group setting (limited to 10).
