This powerful practice of health, balance and enlightenment is a combination of physical movements, deep breathing and meditation techniques. Postures which have been scribed on the pyramid walls of Ancient Africa and can still be seen and recognised today.

An authentic indigenous practice of movements preserved, protected and still practiced as a way of life in remote pockets of West Africa such as among the Dogon people who have preserved their original knowledge, culture, traditions, language and practices throughout the centuries of colonisation and migrations away from the Nile Valley region.
