Event DescriptionYour body is always communicating through sensation, tension, impulse, and breath.

This workshop invites you to slow down and become present enough to listen and sense into your inner experience.

Through guided somatic movement, breath, and mindful awareness, you’ll explore how your body communicates and learn to decode its subtle messages. This is not about performing or perfecting, it’s about attuning, allowing, and experiencing the body as a tool for self-understanding.

You’ll be guided through somatic movement and release practices that help unwind tension, expand your capacity for presence, and regulate your nervous system. As you deepen your relationship with your inner world, you learn to decode your body’s messages. Your sensations, emotions, and inner signals help you naturally create outer shifts in how you live your life.

This is a journey into embodiment, a chance to soften what’s been guarded, to feel what’s been ignored, and to reconnect to your natural rhythm and flow.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, connected, and more fluent in your body’s language, one of intuition, wisdom, and truth.

Facilitator Bio

Led by Adele OuYang, a trauma-informed Somatic Healing Practitioner and Yoga Teacher devoted to helping others transform pain into purpose. After healing from emotional abuse, divorce, and identity loss, Adele discovered that true transformation begins in the body. Through somatic practices and nervous system healing, she now guides others to reparent their inner child, regulate with safety, and embody self-worth from the inside out.
