Embodied Grounding – Living in Your Own Energy

Join us for a 90-minute in-person workshop where you'll learn to connect deeply with your own energy by grounding physically, spiritually, and energetically.

There’s a lot of discussion about grounding, but not much instruction. In this workshop, we will explore how to ground yourself even when you can’t go outside—or when you want to feel more sovereign within your own energy field.

This workshop could be for you if:

• You feel as if you’re absorbing the energy around you and feel overwhelmed
• You feel foggy or disconnected, like your mind is floating
• You feel slow to understand your own thoughts, feelings, or emotions
• You know that going outside barefoot helps, but you sense there’s more to learn
• You wonder if grounding is for you because don't meditate
• You have been grounding for years and feel the call to go deeper
• You feel "out of practice" or need a refresher

No matter your level of understanding, training, exposure, or experience, you are welcome into this safe, sacred space to explore yourself, your energy, and your expansion in a small group of like minded indivuduals.

You will leave this workshop being able to confidently ground yourself, your mind, your body and spirit. In addition to groundingthe spaces you live, work, travel and sleep in.
