Emergency Level First Aid

WSIB-compliant Emergency First Aid training. Hands-on CPR, AED, and bleeding control for real-world emergencies.

This Emergency Level First Aid (ELFA) course provides WSIB-compliant, hands-on training for individuals who may be required to respond to medical emergencies in the workplace or public environments.

Designed for security professionals, event staff, property teams, supervisors, and public-facing workers, this course focuses on practical skills, confident decision-making, and real-world response when seconds matter and help may be delayed.

Participants will receive instruction and hands-on practice in:

• Scene assessment and responder safety
• CPR and AED use
• Severe bleeding control
• Choking response (adult)
• Shock recognition and management
• Medical and environmental emergencies
• Legal considerations and duty of care

This is an in-person, full-day course with an emphasis on practical application rather than theory.
