FAQs

  1. Are tickets sold at the door?

    No, tickets are only available online. Please purchase your tickets online before coming to the event. No tickets will be sold at the door.

  2. Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?

    You can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per order.

  3. Do I need to print the ticket?

    Tickets will be scanned on your mobile devices. No hard/printed copy is required.

  4. How long can I stay at the event?

    There is no limit on how long you can stay at the event.

  5. Is re-entry allowed?

    The venue does not allow for re-entry. Tickets are only for single-use entry.

  6. Why are there times on the tickets and can I change my arrival time?

    Tickets have a suggested arrival time to reduce overcrowding. You can still use your ticket outside of the suggested arrival time. If needed, you can request a time slot exchange via Eventbrite.

  7. Can I bring outside food and drinks?

    Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the venue as long as the amount is limited to reasonable personal consumption. Water stations are available on-site.

  8. What am I allowed/not allowed to bring?
