New Year, New Energy Full Moon Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

Join Angela Fields on Sunday, January 4th, 2026, from 6–7:15 pm for a Full Moon New Year Reset Sound Healing. This workshop is all about releasing the weight of 2025 and creating space for fresh, new energy as we step into 2026.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle in, breathe deeply, and open yourself to the healing experience. From there, you’ll be immersed in layers of sound—crystal singing bowls, the grounding of the gong, soothing Himalayan bowls, chimes, drum, and rainstick. The vibrations are designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

After the sound bath, we’ll take a few quiet moments for journaling and reflection. This is a beautiful chance to explore anything that came up for you during the session, and if you feel called, it’s a perfect time to set intentions for 2026.
