Join us at Earth Moves for a day of reconnecting with your inner goddess through nature and movement. This retreat is designed to help you heal, rejuvenate, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

Experience the goddess in our beautiful private ecological gardens.

A vegan or vegetarian lunch and hot drinks will be provided at no additional cost, included in the ticket price.

Throughout the day, you'll participate in guided meditations, yoga and dance sessions, sound sessions and nature meditations.

This day will educate, transform, and provide practical techniques suitable for incorporating into women's groups.

The event aims to help you tap into your feminine energy and embrace your true self. Connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive and empowering environment.

The dance and information session is led by Ishtar, a seasoned facilitator with over 20 years of experience in goddess workshops, dance, and embodiment. This retreat offers a profound exploration of archetypal wisdom and self-discovery.

Dancing the Goddess

Embody the goddess through rhythmic repetition, spirals, undulations, and grounding footwork.

This workshop will seek to engage in a deep somatic practice that encourages detoxification, emotional release, and energetic realignment. The dance is art and a sacred act, weaving mythological narratives, artistic expression, and trance states to reconnect with the primal and divine within.

Self-awareness is promoted using psychological frameworks, including transpersonal and somatic therapy principles.

Yoga and Sound Healing with Kate O’Mally

Connect to body and soul. Inclusive goddess-oriented Yoga by Kate. Concluding with a profoundly healing detoxifying sound healing session using sacred instruments and attuning to the divine feminine.

This session is inclusive for individuals with all levels of fitness and experience.

Ishtar Bio

Ishtar brings a unique blend of academic insight and embodied wisdom.

Ishtar holds a BA (Hons) in Applied Psychology and Women’s Studies, as well as an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology, Consciousness, and Spirituality.

Ishtar is passionate about ecotherapy, ecopsychology, and transformative experience.

Ishtar has worked nationally and internationally, sharing insights about the goddesses as well as teaching and performing Middle Eastern Dance.

Kate Bio

Kate is a movement specialist dedicated to making movement, mindfulness, and holistic well-being accessible to all. With a background in dance, she combines yoga, Pilates, sound healing, meditation, and breathwork to support both physical and mental well-being.

Kate helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and experience the profound benefits of movement and mindfulness.


Where is the site?

Telegraph Lane is a pedestrian path between Green Lane and Leasowe Road. The lane runs alongside a series of fields that were formerly market gardens for Wallasey. The site is a 10-minute walk from Wallasey Grove Road station. The Earth Moves site can be accessed on foot and by bicycle from Bayswater Road, turning onto Green Lane and walking up the lane for 480 meters. It is also within walking distance of the North Wirral Coastal Car Park, located on Green Lane, Wallasey, CH45 8NA.

There is no public car parking at the site itself; the North Wirral Coastal Car Park is a short walk away. Bicycle parking is available.
