About this event

We are holding regular sound healing gong bath events at the church fortnightly

Come to an evening of a beautiful sound journey where you travel through your inner landscape. A performance that puts you into a deep meditational state that will enable you to relax, de-stress, and heal mentally & physically.

We will provide guided meditation and sound healing, including the Gongs, singing bowls, and flute.

We will be providing herbal medicinal teas and snacks after the sound healing session, all in comfortable and intimate surroundings, to socialise and discuss spiritual values and ideas

THE GONG BATH!

Mark & Paul Cummings are Gong performers who work together to bring you a sonorous experience. The virtue of two people playing the gongs allows for a binaural experience, that extends one's consciousness so much further. Our audience has described their experiences’ as Mystical, Cosmic, Ethereal, Unworldly, Dreamlike, Ancestral, Healing, Time traveling and Profound. They also offer a practice where one can promote self-healing through meditation. Sessions are usually followed by group sharing of experiences and guidance for well-being.
