This event blends movement, confidence, and community in a space created just for you. We’ll start with a 50-minute Pilates reformer class led by Pearl Movement Studio, focused on helping you feel strong, centered, and empowered. No prior Pilates experience is needed — all levels are welcome.

The class will show up as free on their site — this step is required so attendees can complete the studio waiver before participating.
