ICANDO is a women’s empowerment organization and brand founded by Reischel Sawyer-Cobb on August 1, 2020. Our driving force is rooted in Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” ICANDO is dedicated to inspiring women and girls to walk confidently in their true purpose. Through empowerment, we foster confidence, boldness, and truth—equipping women to overcome obstacles with strength and resilience.

Our annual conference is one of the many ways we bring this mission to life.

In our continued commitment to empowering and uplifting the next generation of women, we launched the ICANDO Scholarship Program in 2021 and have awarded 20 scholarships to date. This year, we aim to expand our impact by increasing the number of scholarships awarded.

The scholarship program is now housed under The ICANDO Foundation, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved and underrepresented women and girls. Through mentorship, coaching, and resources, we help women navigate life’s seasons in healthy and productive ways.

The foundation offers two annual scholarships:

• The ICANDO College Scholarship

• The ICANDO Entrepreneur Scholarship

Scholarship Recipients will be honored during our upcoming Annual ICANDO Conference.
