This in-person class is perfect for beginners wanting to explore aerial techniques in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Get ready to stretch, strengthen, and soar with us—no prior experience needed.

This four-week Intro to Aerial Yoga series is great for new students. Aerial Yoga incorporates a soft hammock to explore, refine, and advance traditional yoga poses, both in the air and on the ground. This class will provide students with the opportunity to learn the basics, enabling them to feel more comfortable attending all-level classes. Come hang out and elevate your vibe!

Starts January 6 - 27 meets every Tuesday night from 7-8 pm

at Be Salon, Spa & Yoga in Weirton, WV

All Levels are welcome. No yoga experience is required. Space is limited. Age requirement: All participants must be over 13 years of age. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must take the series along with a child and purchase 2 tickets. Purchase and reserve your spot online for all 4 weeks. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to each class. You MUST wear a T-shirt that covers your armpits, yoga leggings fitted to your ankles, and no shorts. All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. * All-in price includes service fee + tax.
