All ticket sales for this show are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, dissatisfaction with the event, transportation issues, weather conditions, or any other reason. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Force Majeure / Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled due to force majeure events—including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, virus outbreaks, government restrictions, terrorist acts, earthquakes, or any extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances—the organizer reserves the absolute right not to offer refunds, provided the event is rescheduled and ultimately takes place.

TICKET PURCHASE POLICY

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets purchased through our site may be subject to a per-ticket service fee. If an event is rescheduled due to a force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, virus outbreaks, terrorist acts, earthquake or anything out of the ordinary situation), the organizer reserves the right not to offer any refunds. If the event is scheduled for a new date and it takes place eventually. The normal refund policy will not hold under force majeure circumstances. The replacement event date will need to be announced within 18 months of the originally scheduled event date.

Dissatisfaction with the event, regardless of the reason (your seat not being available, poor event content, uncomfortable air temperature, lack of parking, extra noise, no parking, or any unforeseen reason out of control of Hollywood Monster Night, does not serve as a valid excuse for getting a refund. If the organizer of the event issues a refund, it would be at their sole discretion. Only refunds issued by LOBODA USA are for canceled or rescheduled events, or refund requests directly approved by the event organizer.
