Morning Breath, Sound & Journaling by the Sea

Event lasts 2 hoursStart your day with intention and connection. Join Matt & Lynette for a peaceful morning practice by the ocean designed to awaken your body, calm your mind and align your spirit.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork, followed by a soothing sound bath infused with Reiki to invite clarity and peace. You’ll then be guided into reflective journaling on the sand — letting the ocean breeze and morning light open space for insight and renewal.

📍Location: Meet at the Ave I ramp off the Esplanade — walk down to the beach via the steps

🧘🏽‍♀️ Bring a towel or yoga mat, journal, eye cover and layers in case it gets cold
