New Year, New You. January Wellness Event - Downtown Nashville

Get ready to kick off the New Year with a wellness event that will have you feeling refreshed and ready to conquer 2026!

Set your intentions for the year! Join us on Sunday, January 11th from 11am-1:30pm in our 3rd floor event space for a wellness event to kick off the new year.

This event will kick off with a 45-minute mat pilates class led by SESSION Pilates at 11am, followed by a 45-minute sound bath lead by Tonya Wneck & complimentary vitamin shots from Next Health.

SESSION Pilates is a reformer Pilates studio NOW OPEN in Green Hills! The female-led, privately owned studio has been nationally recognized as a Best Fitness Studio (and “Most Instagrammable”) by ClassPass.

The SESSION method focuses on quick transitions throughout a music-based, full-body reformer workout. For this class, they’ll be teaching a mat Pilates version to give you a taste of what the obSESSION is all about! Grab your tickets while you can as space is limited.

Curious Elixirs & SKINHAUS Beauty will also be on-site!

Included with your $35 ticket, you will receive a goody bag with items from Next Health, Acme, Vacation Sunscreen, Chocxo, Goodonya, Curious Elixirs, SKINHAUS, FORM Wellness & SESSION Pilates.

$5 of event ticket will go to the SESSION Foundation 501(c)3.

A limited amount of mats will be available to borrow. Please bring your own mat if you can!
