FAQs

  1. Do I need to bring anything?

    Feel free to bring your own comfy blanket, eye masks, and whatever comfort items you feel necessary.

  2. What should I wear?

    Whatever is comfortable for you! Soft, breathable fabrics like cotton or yoga attire work well. We ask for clean, white socks if you are wearing them, but recommend bare feet to soak into the salt for maximum absorption.

  3. Are there any physical requirements?

    We recommend this session for individuals who are comfortable sitting or lying close to the ground. Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate full chair seating and instead provide low reclining meditation chairs.

  4. What if there is inclement weather?

    In the case of inclement weather, we will email the address on file for cancellation or rescheduling options no later than 3pm the day of the event.
