You'll be greeted at the Haakon Lenai tasting room before being transported up to the vineyard mat space for an unforgettable movement and wine-tasting experience.

Whether you're joining solo or with a friend, this is your moment to move, connect, sip, and reset!

  1. What should I bring?

    Please bring a water bottle and towel. We’ll take care of the vibes and all pilates props needed.

  2. Can beginners attend?

    Yes! Class is beginner-friendly with modifications offered. Please note we’ll be kneeling at times—feel free to bring a towel or extra padding if you have sensitive knees.

  3. Is this a Yoga or Pilates Class?

    This is a Pilates-based mat workout focused on strength, mobility, and mind-body connection — think core work, intentional movement, and a strong finish.

  4. What should I wear?

    Wear comfy activewear you can move in!

  5. Will there be wine available after the event?

    Yes! Your ticket includes a curated wine tasting. Sip, savor, and stay a while during our post-class mingle. Additional wine purchases including bottle purchases will be available post-event at the tasting room.
