Postpartum Recovery: Reclaiming the Body (4-Week Series) - January 2026

A supportive space for postpartum healing, strength, and emotional balance—at any stage of your journey.

This postpartum movement series is designed to gently guide new mothers through the transition of early postpartum healing. Rooted in mindful movement, breath, and energetic alignment, each session fosters physical recovery, emotional grounding, and the rebuilding of core strength and pelvic stability.

With a blend of education, embodied movement, and space to move at your own pace, this series invites you to reconnect with your body, feel supported in community, and rebuild a sense of strength and ease—whether you gave birth six weeks ago or are months into your postpartum journey.

Series Goals

• Promote healing of the pelvic floor and core through mindful movement
• Relieve common postpartum tension from feeding, holding, and disrupted sleep
• Gently rebuild strength, stability, and confidence in your body
• Support emotional well-being through breathwork and presence
• Create a nurturing space for self-care, connection, and personal reflection

This is a four-week program:

All sessions: 6:45 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.
