Join me for an intimate, grounding evening of mindful movement and intentional skincare.

We'll begin with a 45 minute vinyasa flow to gently stretch and reconnect body and breath - designed to bring you back to your body and soften the nervous system after a full day. Afterwards you'll be guided through a calming facial ritual using Malin+Goetz products to restore and nourish your skin. Light refreshments provided.
