We’ll begin with gentle introductions and a short talk where I’ll explain:

What Reiki energy is

What might happen during the session

How to tune into your own body and emotions

This sets the space for trust, grounding, and deeper self-connection.

🌬 What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient energetic practice that helps align your chakras, clear blockages, and bring your body, mind, and spirit back into balance. Our bodies are deeply intelligent they speak to us through sensations, discomfort, and emotion. Reiki supports you in tuning into those messages, releasing stagnant energy, and coming back home to yourself.

🌍 During the Session

Once the space is opened, you'll be guided into deep relaxation. Each person’s experience is beautifully unique. You may experience:💧 Crying or laughter🌬 Shaking or body movement🔥 Heat, chills, or tingling sensations💤 Deep rest, stillness, or even sleep

I’ll sing during the session a form of voice activation and sound healing embodying Mother Earth to help shift and release energy. You may feel called to express yourself through sound or breath too.

As I tune into your chakras, I may offer intuitive energy clearing, helping you let go of energy that no longer belongs to you.

What to Bring & How to Prepare

💞 After the Session

We’ll close the healing space with a gentle sharing circle, where you are invited but not required to share your experience. Closing the circle helps contain and integrate the energy. Reiki continues to work with you over the following days so make sure to stay hydrated, rest, and listen to your body’s needs.
