Reiki Level 1 Training: Self Healing Course

This reiki Level 1 course teaches a method of self-healing using Universal Life Force Energy. This class is designed for anyone interested in learning reiki for personal growth, self-care, and supporting loved ones. You’ll be attuned to reiki energy, which opens the flow of Universal Life Force Energy, so you can begin practicing right away.

This course is for you if you’re a massage therapist, yoga teacher, caregiver, or anyone interested in your spiritual development, ready to explore reiki for self-care, stress reduction, deepening your spiritual connection, and bring healing energy to yourself.

Taught by Aiyana Fraley MA, LMT, an experienced reiki master teacher and holistic healer dedicated to guiding students on their path to self-healing and empowerment.

What You’ll Learn:

• The history and principles of the Usui System of Natural Healing
• How reiki works and its benefits for mind, body, and spirit
• How to give yourself a full reiki treatment for stress relief, relaxation, and inner balance
• Grounding and centering practices to support your reiki practice

By the end of this course you will have to tools to establish a daily self reiki treatment that will support your connection with reiki energy and your path toward healing. First deree reiki attunement, and certificate of completion included upon successful completion.

Florida licensed massage therapists can earn Continuing Education (CE) credits for completing this course

This is a small intimate class, a sacred container created to support your transformation, growth and healing. No prior reiki experience is required.
