Rooted in the Conscious Connected Breath style (similar to Transformational and Holotropic breathwork), this experience is structured into three intentional phases:

Grounding & Preparation (30 min): Center your energy, set your intention, and create safety in your body before the breath takes over.

Breathwork Session (30 min): Tap into the power of circular, conscious breathing to release stored tension, access deep emotional healing, and move beyond the mental noise.

Integration (30 min): Reconnect with your body, process what’s moved, and step forward with more grounded resilience and emotional clarity.

    This is a 90-minute guided breathwork journey designed to help you release emotional tension, regulate your nervous system, and tap into inner resilience. It's structured in three parts: grounding, conscious connected breathwork, and integration—offering a powerful reset for your body and mind.

    We use Conscious Connected Breathwork, a circular breathing technique similar to styles like Transformational or Holotropic Breathwork. This method bypasses mental chatter and accesses deeper emotional and energetic layers in the body.

    No experience is required. Whether you’re brand new or have tried breathwork before, this session will meet you exactly where you are.

    A yoga mat A blanket (body temperature may fluctuate) A water bottle A journal (optional, for post-session reflections)

    Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and relax.

  6. When should I arrive?

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. Doors will close at the start of the session to maintain a safe, uninterrupted space for all participants.
