Get ready to reset your mind and move your body at Rooted Reset! Hosted by Cate, Health Coach, and Laura, Personal Trainer


Welcome to Rooted Reset, a calm, uplifting wellness workshop! This session blends gentle movement, foundational strength work, and practical, approachable education in functional and holistic health.

This event is a collaboration between Rooted Fitness with Laura, Certified Personal Trainer and Life Coach, and BioBloom Wellness with Cate Longsworth, Functional Nutrition Practitioner.

We also have a special guest speaker, Raven West, Licensed Massage Therapist.


Our goal:

To help you feel grounded, confident, and supported for the new year— without pressure, intensity, or perfectionism.


What You’ll Experience:

Gentle, accessible movement:

  • Mobility and flexibility focused on joints & spine
  • Foundational strength patterns (push, pull, hinge, squat)
  • Slow, mindful pacing with multiple modification levels


Functional & holistic health coaching:

  • Introduction to Functional vs Conventional Health
  • Foundational gut health & digestion basics


Approachable information on massage/body work:

  • Benefits of massage, cupping and other body work
  • Quick and easy stretches to decrease neck and back pain
  • Ways to decrease overall inflammation

    This workshop is designed specifically for beginners and anyone returning to movement after time away. All exercises include multiple modification levels.

  2. What should I bring?

    A yoga mat or towel, water, and comfortable clothing you can move in.

  3. How long is the workshop?

    Approximately 90 minutes, including movement, coaching, and mindfulness.

  4. Can I bring a friend?
