FAQs

  1. Where are you located?

All shows take place at 162 E Superior St. on the 3rd floor above Gino's East. The entrance to the venue is on Superior Street, just east of the main entrance to Gino's East. Guests are asked to take the stairs to enter.

  2. Is there ADA access?

Yes. Guests who require ADA access may use the elevator located inside Gino's East.

  3. Is there parking available?

Limited valet parking is available outside of Gino’s East. Please note that valet fees vary and are cash only. For convenience, we recommend arriving via rideshare, public transit, or by reserving a nearby parking spot in advance.

  4. What is the difference between General Admission and VIP tickets?

Purchasing VIP tickets guarantees a reserved seat closer to the stage (front two rows). If you purchased VIP tickets, we will hold your seats up until showtime. After that, your seats will be released to another guest. If you're running late, please call the box office so we can assist.

  5. Is there assigned seating?

Seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Most tables seat up to 4 guests. If your group has fewer than four, you may be sharing a table with other guests. This applies to both General Admission and VIP tickets.

  6. What time do doors open?

Doors open at least 30 minutes before showtime. Seating is first come, first served. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to get settled!

  7. Will my group be able to sit together?

Tickets purchased under multiple names are not guaranteed to sit together. If you're part of a large group that purchased tickets under multiple names, please call or email the box office PRIOR TO THE SHOW so that we may assist you in seating everyone together.

  8. Is there an age requirement?

All shows are 17 (21 to drink). A valid ID is required at the door. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No children under 13 are allowed in the venue.

  9. Is there a dress code?

No dress code (as long as you're wearing clothes, lol). Come as you are!

  10. Is there a drink minimum?

There is a 2-item minimum per guest. Each guest must purchase at least 2 items from our food/beverage menu during their visit. This is a widely recognized policy across the industry; guests who refuse may be asked to leave without a refund. Items purchased from Gino’s before the show do not count.

  11. Do you charge gratuity?

An 18% auto-gratuity is added to all food and beverage purchases.

  12. What is your table talk policy?

Strict policy against table talk: Guests who disturb the comedians or other tables around them may be asked to leave without refund.
