Come and gather with us and our sweet local community for a beach yoga practice. Be nourished by the elements, intentional movement, curated music for your journey, and guidance by Kirin Power.

The intention of this class is to connect us back to the healing power of nature, and to create a space for you to feel free and safe to explore the practice of yoga. Our pillars for our practice include a heartful intention, creative, nourishing movement, and celebrating the power of community practicing together.

We’ve been hosting these weekend morning classes at Baker beach for 8 years now! Join our weekend ritual experience. With views of the Golden Gate Bridge, resting your eyes on the waves as you practice, and watching birds soar above. It’s truly a magical experience to immerse yourself fully in the beauty of San Francisco.

The beach groove class is our signature experience. Our teachers will guide you through a creative, accessible vinyasa flow, rooted in deep breathing and movement designed to open your body, build strength and flexibility. Near the end of our practice we head down to the water’s edge for a dance party, inviting a playful and freeing aspect to your practice. Class will end with savasana, soaking in the final moments of the incredible surroundings.

My classes are rhythmic, soulful, liberating, and powerful. Connect breath, body, and soul with the miraculous, ecstatic, and powerful elements of nature and awaken to the wonder and awe of being alive and embodied! My hope is that our time together will remind you of the medicine that is gratitude, and leave you feeling empowered, wrapped in self-love, & vibrating at your highest frequency.
