    You can wear tennis shoes, socks, or your most comfortable foot wear

  2. Can I bring a yoga mat?

    Absolutely, there may be times you will experience some floor movements to your comfort.

  3. Is there off street parking in the area?

    The is free parking in the rear area of the venue. (directly around the corner)

  4. Is event located inside the Herf Cigar Lounge

    Yes, the Dance Workshop is located inside the lounge on the 3rd floor (downstairs)

  5. May I pay cash at the door?

    All tickets must be purchased online at Eventbrite.com (code: SEXY) for entry. No CASH at the door.

  6. Are tickets available day of Workshop?

    Yes, tickets are available for purchase same day. (Bring A Friend!)

  7. Will there be any props included ?

    As participants advance through each workshop course. There will be opportunities to experience props (chair i.e.) in our dance routine.

  8. Is this a class or workshop?

    A class is a structured learning experience that typically meets regularly over a period of time. A workshop is a shorter, more focused learning experience that often involves hands-on activities and practical application of skills in a fast-paced environment.

  9. What can you take away from this workshop?

    Prioritize interaction and collaboration among participants, encouraging active participation and knowledge sharing. Having the confidence to embrace my body willingly and freely. Mostly, being able to take this home and share this experience with my husband.
