As we move into the holiday season — a time rich with connection, tradition, and also tender edges — this month’s Sober Sisters circle invites us to gather in honest sisterhood.

Together, we’ll explore how to stay rooted in our sobriety, our boundaries, and our hearts while moving through family dynamics, social expectations, and seasonal celebrations.

Expect grounding practices, gentle movement, meditation, journaling, and supportive conversation as we soften into presence and strengthen our inner compass.

This is a space for women walking the path of sober and sober-curious living — a space to breathe, be seen, and remember you are not alone.
