This monthly circle for embodied expression and nervous system balance weaves together Somatic Experiencing®, mindful movement, energy work, and creative exploration to help release tension, expand capacity for calm, and rediscover ease.

Through guided practices, gentle exploration, and shared reflection, participants learn to recognize their body’s signals, nurture self-trust, and build resilience in daily life. Each session offers space to move, breathe, and experiment with body-based practices that reawaken your natural rhythm and wisdom.
