Strong Girl x Body By Ciara: The Ultimate Link-Up

Get ready for the ultimate Strong Girl link-up in collaboration with the powerhouse that is Body By Ciara. This is more than a workout—it’s a celebration of strength, sisterhood, and sweat across three high-energy floors.

💥 What to Expect:

  • Floor One – Core & Abs Activation: Warm up and switch on with foundational movements to fire up your core.
  • Floor Two – Full Body Strength: Push, pull, sweat! Expect high-intensity strength circuits targeting upper body, arms, back, and more.
  • Floor Three – Heavy Glutes & Legs: Load up and lock in. We’re going heavy on lower body to sculpt and strengthen those glutes and legs.

🥗 After the session, refuel with post-workout shakes and salad bowls, connect with the community, and hear more about the Body By Ciara journey.
