Summer 200hr Yoga Teacher Training

Welcome to Summer 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at East Wind Yoga offered by Channels of Healing! Join us for an immersive experience where you'll deepen your practice, learn to teach yoga, and connect with a community of like-minded individuals. Our experienced instructors will guide you through various styles of yoga, anatomy, philosophy, and teaching techniques. This in-person training is perfect for anyone looking to become a certified yoga teacher or simply deepen their practice. Come join us for a transformative journey this summer!

We meet every other weekend, starting the weekend of Summer Solstice. We conclude right before Autumn Equinox. We find doing this training during the summer is the energetically right time of year, and we take advantage of the mornings by heading to the river and using an outdoor classroom!

Our training concludes with a 4 day retreat, which is the perfect way to cumulate all we have learned and enjoy our last days together as a tight knit group.
