What if the root of our struggles—in relationships, leadership, and even self-worth—isn't psychological, but nervous system-based?
What if what we call "personality" is often just a pattern of dysregulation waiting to be healed? How do we shift from survival mode to true connection? How do ancient plant medicines support the rewiring of our nervous system and attachment patterns? What does real integration look like—beyond peak experiences?
In this live conversation, Lou Sagar interviews Olga Berg on the emerging frontier of healing: the intersection of plant medicine, attachment science, and somatic transformation.
Together, we’ll explore:
- How anxious and avoidant attachment styles are driven by dopamine-based survival loops
- Why real change requires a shift to serotonin and oxytocin pathways
- The role of sacred plants like cacao, Kanna, and Hapé in emotional and nervous system healing
- What it means to integrate psychedelic experiences into leadership, communication, and love
- Why talk therapy isn’t enough—and how the body must be part of the change.
This is not a workshop or a ceremony. It’s a grounded, honest dialogue about how to navigate healing in a way that’s sustainable, embodied, and real.

Olga Berg is an alumna of the Executive MBA program at Oxford’s Saïd Business School and trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy at Oxford’s Department of Psychiatry. She works with cognitive and somatic approaches to rewiring the attachment system—the deep patterns that shape how we relate, lead, and connect. Her work integrates neuroscience, embodiment practices, and psychedelic integration to help individuals shift from survival to self-trust, emotional regulation, and authentic leadership—in both life and relationships.
