  1. How are the seats organized?

    We offer three seating zones based on proximity to the stage. Zone A (front) offers the most immersive experience, Zone B (center) provides a balanced view, and Zone C (rear) is our most accessible option. All seats within each zone are general admission — first come, first seated.

  2. How do I get my ticket after purchasing?

    Once your order is confirmed, a QR code will be delivered to your inbox via Eventbrite. Simply show it on your phone or bring a printed copy — either works perfectly at the door.

  3. Can I cancel my booking?

    We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel, please contact us by email at least 72 hours before the concert date. Upon cancellation, a 10% processing fee will be retained to cover ticketing partner charges, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment met

  4. Is there a minimum age to attend?

    We welcome guests aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the evening.

  5. What time should I plan to arrive?

    Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. We recommend arriving early to find your preferred spot within your zone and settle in before the music begins. The doors close at the start of the performance.

  6. Will I be able to enter if I'm running late?

    To preserve the atmosphere for everyone in the hall, we are unable to seat latecomers once the performance has begun. Please plan accordingly.

  7. Is the venue accessible?

    All of our venues offer accessibility accommodations. If you have specific mobility or accessibility requirements, please contact us ahead of your visit and we will make sure you are taken care of.
