  1. Where can I park?

    The Chamonix offers Free Valet, plus a four-level Parking Garage with elevator access to the hotel & casino, as well as ample parking in the immediate area (behind the casino).

  2. How early can I access the event?

    The event check-in line opens at 6:00 PM to pick up your event wristband in the Ballroom Lounge (adjacent to the Grande Ballroom). Doors to the event space and bar will open at 7:30 PM, and the show begins at 8:30 PM.

  3. Do you offer refunds?

    Refunds are not available. If you have an issue attending the event, please contact a Casino Host or the hotel for additional information and possible options.

  4. Is there a bar / cash bar / concession?

    Currently we offer VIP drink specials, a cash bar, and concession is pending.

  5. May I bring my service animal / pet?

    No. While Service Animals and pets are permitted in certain areas of the hotel, there is no accommodation for animals to be present at the concert/show.
