WHINE AND STRETCH -THURSDAY 31ST OF JULY ARRIVE by 7:15 PM FOR PROMPT START

London girls, are you ready to whine?

This class is all about unlocking your confidence and sensuality through whining. We’ll start with a warm-up to activate our core, legs and glutes, do some stretching, and then learn different whining techniques—including the reverse whine!

We'll then perform a short routine using the techniques and skills we learned in class, followed by a fun freestyle at the end.

Whether you're a pro at whining or a complete beginner, this is a safe and fun space for you to move freely and feel confident.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING

1. Bottle of water
2. A Mat or knee pads
3. Comfortable clothing that won't restrict your whine (leggings, scarf, shorts)
4. Bring good vibes!

Parking is available if driving. The closest station is Limehouse DLR, then a 10-12min walk.
