Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest & Inner Awareness

Join us for an evening of intentional breathwork, and profound guided relaxation to reset your nervous system.

This unique class blends gentle movement, intentional breathwork, and profound guided relaxation to reset your nervous system and access deep inner stillness.

We’ll begin with light, mindful movement to awaken the body and cultivate presence. Pranayama (breath practices) will follow, helping to calm the mind and prepare the body for stillness. You’ll then be guided into the deeply restorative state of Yoga Nidra—also known as yogic sleep—where your body rests deeply while your mind remains softly aware.

In this liminal space, healing and integration can occur naturally. We’ll close with additional breath practices and a brief meditation to ground and center you as you return to waking consciousness.

No experience necessary—just come as you are, and prepare to leave feeling spacious, calm, and reconnected.

Renee is an artist, certified vinyasa yoga instructor, and Reiki master who brings a unique, holistic approach to creativity and well-being. As the founder of WovenSmart, she blends art, mindfulness, and energy work to help individuals reconnect with themselves and cultivate more balance in their personal and professional lives. Renee’s sessions are designed to inspire calm, spark creative flow, and support deeper alignment between mind, body, and purpose.
