Led by Kelly Friedberg, a highly experienced yoga teacher, this class offers a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa styles, focusing on alignment to ensure a mindful and safe practice for all participants.

As you practice surrounded by breathtaking views of the city, you'll engage in breath-centered movement, building strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class incorporates breathwork and a deeply restorative guided relaxation during Savasana, allowing you to unwind and leave the session feeling refreshed and grounded.
