Our goal is to eliminate the large fees that organizers pay for their event ticketing. We do all we can to make your events affordable and convenient. Also, we offer an all-in-one ticketing platform for your events.
There is no cost involved in setting up your account. This process is free.

Yes, our free trial is completely free. You can sell up to 5 tickets. After that, you will need to purchase a valid subscription plan based on your needs.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. We will never charge a cancellation fee or ask you to sign a minimum monthly contract.
Public events are listed on the TicketDocker Events page, so customers may find the event by searching for the location. They can view the event details and purchase tickets. TicketDocker provides this as a marketing option for the event organizers.
Private events are not listed on the TicketDocker Events page. Event organizers must share the event URL with their target audience to sell the tickets.
There are no add-on fees, only the fees associated with a subscription.
First, create an organizer account. Once you have created the account, you will receive your credentials via email with the login information. Then, you can log in and view your Dashboard. Navigate to “Active Events” and click on “Create Events.”
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Your event can be turned on or off (i.e., appear visually to your customers) by going to your Dashboard. Under the “Create Event” tab, click on the “Edit” button and go to Terms and Conditions. Then, select “Make your event private or public.”

No, you can buy tickets as a guest, but it's recommended to create an account. It is quick and easy to set up! It also means that you can log into your account and purchase tickets to future events without having to re-enter all your details.
This is up to the event organizer. Please contact them directly to discuss your options.
Log into your TicketDocker buyer account and select the event that you want to purchase tickets for. Follow the prompts to complete your order.
If your card or account is not charged, you can safely try to submit your payment again. We will not charge you twice.
