American Legion Post 201 is a veterans-organization clubhouse and community venue, founded in 1947, that serves both former and active U.S. military personnel — as well as their families and supporters. The Post is set on a large 13-acre property and includes a memorial area called the Walk of Memories — a tribute walkway comprised of nearly 8,000 bricks inscribed with the names of Georgians who served in conflicts from the Indian Wars through to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
