Black Ledger Promotions is a new combat sports organization based in Wheeling, West Virginia, founded by Josh Baker — an undefeated professional fighter, coach, and lifelong advocate for martial arts in the Ohio Valley. Our debut event, Foundation Fight Series, marks the return of sanctioned amateur boxing to Wheeling for the first time in years. Every matchup is approved by the West Virginia Athletic Commission and features disciplined athletes from respected regional gyms, competing in a safe, family-friendly environment. Our mission is simple — to build something real from the ground up. This first event is the start of a movement to give local fighters a legitimate platform and fans a reason to be proud of their hometown scene.
