Our events are hosted by Emma Cassidy, a RYT 200 hour yoga instructor based in metro Detroit. She had first started practicing yoga in high school and quickly fell in love with the movement. Emma believes that each person’s time on the yoga mat is an opportunity for self-discovery, personal growth, and to have FUN. Her playlists are a mix of upbeat hits and heartfelt songs. Emma hosts yoga events all over Michigan including rooftops, puppy yoga, bachelorette party’s, fundraisers, and more
