Lee Schardein

Lee Schardein is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC-S) and registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) based in Louisville, Kentucky. She operates from her practice at 2420 Frankfort Avenue and integrates evidence-based therapeutic methods (such as DBT, CBT, somatic therapy) with embodied, mindfulness‐based yoga practices. She works primarily with women, LGBTQ+ individuals, creatives and “helpers” who tend to put others first. Her work focuses on anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity transitions, spiritual alignment and mind–body healing. Her sessions may occur in-person or via telehealth.
